Kanishka Dahanayake
I am Kanishka Devini Dahanayake, and I am currently a Graphic Design student at Milwaukee Area Technical College. I grew up in Sri Lanka and moved to the United States 10 years ago. Enjoying different cultures, languages, music genres, experiences and nature gives me inspiration. I hope to incorporate these aspects in my work. As a graphic designer I want to inspire anyone who has an idea and wants to bring their vision to reality. Even though I may not have a lot of experience, I am willing to learn new and different things.
PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS
MATC’s coursework in interface design, responsive web design, user experience, and website development through coding with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP/MySQL, etc., offer a comprehensive background in web design and front-end web development.
Skills in web design, front-end web development and user experience are in demand and are projected to grow in the next decade.
You can earn the Front-End Web Developer technical diploma on the way to completing the Web & Digital Media associate degree at MATC.
