I’m a recent transplant In Chicago looking to begin a career in web development and design. I’ve spent the last three years enrolled part time in the Associate’s Degree program at MATC, solidifying my skills in web based languages, growing my understanding of user experience, and exploring a wide range of web technologies – with a focus on WordPress and WordPress theme development. I have a lot to learn and a tendency to bite off more than I can chew, but I’m driven to keep learning, and committed to finishing what I start.
PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS
MATC’s coursework in interface design, responsive web design, user experience, and website development through coding with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP/MySQL, etc., offer a comprehensive background in web design and front-end web development.
