Hi, I’m Deysi Zacaula — founder and lead designer of Z|L Designs, an interior design studio based in Milwaukee. I specialize in creating beautiful, functional spaces for both homes and businesses, always with a focus on reflecting the unique personality and needs of each client.

My journey into design started at Milwaukee Area Technical College, where I earned my Associate of Applied Science in Interior Design. While there, I dove deep into everything from architectural drafting and building construction to materials, furniture, and kitchen and bath design. I also explored Fine/Studio Arts, which continues to inspire the creative side of my work today.

Design, for me, is all about balance — making spaces not only look amazing but also work seamlessly for the people who live or work in them. I believe in thoughtful craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a personal touch in every project.

Through Z|L Designs, I’ve had the joy of helping clients across Milwaukee bring their visions to life — creating spaces that feel like home, support their goals, and truly make an impact.

I’ve always believed in the gift of imagination. There is no limit to our imagination, just like I believe there should be no limit to design. Our mind is our greatest tool to be creative and to transform our vision into reality. As an interior designer I seek to tell stories through my designs that will inspire and generate futuristic creations.
