Maikong Vang
I am Maikong Vang and I am currently a Graphic Design student at MATC. I grew up in Wisconsin, but never got to travel or explore much until my late teens. Enjoying different cultures, languages, music genres, experiences and nature gives me inspiration. I hope to incorporate these aspects in my work. Generally, I’m a flexible person because I come from a big family and plans always change and come and go so I’ve learned to be more adaptive. Even though I may not have a lot of experience, I am willing to learn new and different things.

PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS
You will be introduced to the range of opportunities in this field: design of print-generated and computer-generated graphics for books, newspapers, magazines, web applications and marketing materials; and additional design applications for point-of-purchase, packaging and outdoor advertising.
Today’s digital world reduces the geographic limits for finding clients. Employers include advertising agencies, corporations and nonprofit groups.
You can earn the Production Artist technical diploma on the way to completing the Graphic Design associate degree.
