My journey into interior design began with a lifelong passion for art and creativity. I am especially drawn to the interplay of color, texture, and form, and the way these elements come together to shape meaningful interior environments. I believe that successful design balances comfort and functionality with vibrant self-expression, creating residential environments that are visually compelling, personal and practical. My goal is to design spaces that inspire, elevate everyday experiences, celebrate each client’s individuality, and offer a design process that is both thoughtful and rewarding.
Interior designers use creativity, technical knowledge, and aesthetics to create solutions that improve the function and quality of interior environments. Coursework includes manual and computer-aided design (CAD) drawing, and commercial and residential planning.
Demand for interior designers is strongest in kitchen and bath design and remodeling, and in corporate and industrial facilities design.
The Interior Design program features exploratory courses that count toward a credential. Contact an MATC advisor for information.
