My creative path began in cinematography and evolved through painting, mural work, and color consulting before leading me to interior design. These experiences shaped how I understand space as atmosphere, composition, and emotion. I bring a layered, multidisciplinary perspective to my work, combining visual storytelling, color psychology, and client collaboration. As an emerging designer, I am driven by curiosity, thoughtful detail, and a desire to create environments that feel intentional, engaging, and alive.
Interior designers use creativity, technical knowledge, and aesthetics to create solutions that improve the function and quality of interior environments. Coursework includes manual and computer-aided design (CAD) drawing, and commercial and residential planning.
Demand for interior designers is strongest in kitchen and bath design and remodeling, and in corporate and industrial facilities design.
The Interior Design program features exploratory courses that count toward a credential. Contact an MATC advisor for information.
